    Heal Your Plants, Heal Yourself - A Wellness Fair

    Join us for a unique hands-on pop up event that nurtures both plants and people! “Grow & Thrive” is an interactive fair where you can explore the healing power of horticultural therapy engage in hands-on activities and seek expert advice for both your plants and your well-being. Whether you’re looking to revive your struggling houseplants or refresh your mind and spirit this event is designed to help you grow heal and thrive.

    What to expect?

    • Hands- On Horticultural Therapy Activities- Discover the therapeutic benefits of gardening through guided interactive experiences!
    • Ask a Master Gardener- Bring pictures of your ailing plants and get expert diagnosis and care tips from a master gardener!
    • Ask a Therapist- Chat with a professional therapist from Ellie Mental Health Clinic about stress anxiety or personal growth in a welcoming nature-inspired setting.
    • Explore Horticultural Therapy Profession- Learn about career opportunities in horticultural therapy and how this growing field is making a difference in mental and physical health.

This series is designed for HT and TH practitioners as well as people exploring the field of horticultural therapy. Be guided through the art and science of making meaningful connections through thoughtful plant selection and placement and sensory engagement. Together, we'll explore how horticultural therapy builds community in its broadest sense, creating healing spaces where connection, growth, and transformation flourish naturally.
